Rotten burgers from Steers Pan Africa Mall

Today at about 10.18 we ordered wacky wednesday but its not what we always get. The burgers were sour and rotten. We have called Steers for refund or for another order, the response we got was how come we the only ones complaining. So is it fair for us to pay for something that was not value for our money. If this is not dealt with accordingly,we will report this to the CPA, mind you its lunchtime now but we not eating waiting for them. Then the guy finally came and gave us attitude and said how come we ate them while rotten, each and every one of us ate one burger and how can we taste them if are rotten or not without tasting them. The driver said he is only the driver, he does not prepare burgers. Mlungisi the manager the Pan Africa Mall store says the eaten burgers must not be taken back, like really what must we do with rotten burgers
