Ordered 4 Original King Steer Burger Meals and a Brat Pack at Steers Mall of Africa 20th Apr 2019 around 15:15. We waited for our order for more than 20 minutes as a takeaway. Due to waiting for a while, we were eager to get home as soon as we received our order. Upon our arrival at home, they gave us 3 packs of chips instead of 4. Us being based in Soweto, there was no way we'd go back. You may think a mere pack of chips, fact is we paid for it and we have been ****** of what we paid for. You need to hire competent staff that ensures all orders are accurate, they are damaging your brand. I'm very disappointed
