****** at steers

Had the worse experience with steers in kromboom, Cape Town. Imagine being hungry and craving a chicken cheese burger and chips from steers and then having them charge you for it but give you a Plain chicken burger and it's ice cold. I then had to drive back to steers to complain. My order was for 3 steers chicken cheese burgers and chips and 2 steers beef burgers and chips. Imagine how shocked I was to return home for the second time and all they'd done is add the cheese and then melt it in the microwave which resulted in the rolls being hard when I got home and to top it off they gave me back 1 beef burger instead of 2. So I paid for 5 and only received 4. This is not the first time this has happened at steers on kromboom. It's pathetic that I pay food and then get ****** every time.
