Order 135,<br> 17.33 (18/11)<br> Megan server<br> Order 4 burgers 2 chips<br> <br> Waited 40min for order , when I saw orders taken after me being served before me.<br> received it cold and when returned -appalling attitude received and I am still waiting for an apology as the chips I ordered was hot on receipt ,was eaten cold as the order had to be remade .<br> The cherry on the cake was when the order was replaced ,the packet was dumped infront of me and not a word said before she turned around and walked away!Not a sorry nothing for the inconvenience caused ...I ask why support a brand when the standard and service is so poor!<br>
