****roaches in my food, incomplete order

I ordered food from steers earlier today 1) the food took forever to arrive 2) the paper bag with my food has ****roaches 3) I also ordered ice cream and it was not delivered…I told the driver about this and he said he would come back in a few minutes and it’s been 2 hours now This just goes to show how negligent steers employees is and how disrespectful they are to customers I’m just wondering how does your kitchen that you cook our food that we pay for looks like

The sad part is I bought this food for kids and they were hungry and steers chooses to bring it in a dirty paper bag I will definitely let the health and hygiene people know about this!!!! It’s unacceptable
