I stopped at Steers, Okavango branch yesterday and went through drive through. I placed my order and repeated it twice before paying as this branch has a tendency of getting orders so wrong. My order was a King Steer Burger and Chips and a Milkshake with an extra portion of chips for my passenger. Got to the pick up window. Lady there repeats my order and left out the extra chips. she passed my bag to me without the extra chips. I told her and she took my bag with the burger and added the extra chips. I live much further away so when I got home and opened my food there was a rave burger in my King Steer box!!! I was so *****off cause I feel I was ********** paying almost R50 for a burger that I didn't receive. More ****************. A place like this shouldn't exist if they can even get a ****ing Burger order right. I will make it my mission to tell all about this branch. Rather go to Burger King in Cape Gate, Order is always correct and way better service with a smile and the cashiers understand plain English.
