on Friday the 17 August 2018 i ordered 2 Bratpack kids meals as well as 1 large cheesy hand cut chips on uber eats on order #3A0E7, Nestor who was the driver never delivered my food i then texted him to give him an alternative address to deliver the food and this was not delivered. i then sent and e-mail for refund and the money had been deducted on my account total of R132.60 YET I did not receive the food!!!! i am really appalled at the service and how they just seem to ignore every interaction that i have been trying to get through both from uber eats as well at the steers!! i want my money back or deliver the food. i checked on my receipts today still says order delivered under history!! this is **************** and **** and if you do business this way DO NOT TRY IT ON ME
