ring

My husband bought two rings at sterns and we both started wearing the ring on the 18th December 2020 because we got married on that day. two weeks from the 18th I noticed that my ring has two missing stones on it. so I stopped wearing it and wore my old ring because i wanted to ask about it, and because it had to be resized as well. on the 07 January 2021, I called sterns in Southgate to asked how can they assist me in this matter they said they can't assist me without a slip, I told them I have my bank statement to proof that I bought the ring at Southgate. So I'm stuck with a big and that has missing stones on it. What makes me angry is that its hardly a month but already the ring has been damaged. clearly sterns ring aint real
