Ridiculous service, Untrained staff & filthy restaurant.

I went to Steers, the Colony and I was impressed with the service that I received.

I ordered online and Inwas paying using a voucher/Wi-code. The Cashier including the manager had no idea how to redeem it at the till and instead, they told me I should've redeemed it online and the instructions on the vouchers clearly states that the voucher is not for online purchases.

Had I not been persistent, i would've went back. Finally, they managed to capture it and they served me.

I did not get any serviettes & cutlery and on top of the that their sauces had passed the best before expiry date.

Everything was very filthy including the spice rack. My chips were very dry.
