REVOLTING SERVICE!!!!!

I was at Carlton Centre at Milky Lane and Steers. First of all at Milky Lane there was no one at the till. I waited for like 4 minutes, and someone came in when I started calling for service. Then we went to Steers for a milkshake. Waited there for like 45 minutes because the person taking the order was the same person preparing the milkshakes. Then there was no ice cream at the Steers machine and they're started walking up and down with the cups from milky lane and Steers. They're not even communicating with us on what's happening. They were unprofessional. They were making noise. They were having conversations with the guys in the kitchen. Their service was blatantly unacceptable.
