Reluctant to COV-19 and infecting customers

With the current COV-19 scare, I was upset at the reluctance shown at Steers Comaro Crossing. The lady who prepared the food had no gloves or a mask on and when I asked she said she was not allowed to wear gloves. Granted they cant wear gloves but I didnt see any sanitizer on the counter. She pointed to one at the top and when I said I didn't see her use it, she became all rude stating she washes her hands at the back and why should I see what they do. If it wasn't for my daughter I would have returned the food but am still worried
