Reimbur*****t

Hi

I'm not happy about the service I received in one of your Steers at Albermale (Total garage). What happened is in the 25th February 2020 I placed an order telephonic at 13:15 and was told I'll receive it. At 14:46 I was at the Total garage to pick up my order coz I've been waiting for more than an hour for the order to be delivered. I talked to Kaylab to called a guy who wasn't in uniform and they only apologies. All I want is a reimbur*****t of my petrol since the store couldn't help.

Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
