Refund undelivered order

I still haven't been refunded R184.90 I paid online for order #*** done on 31/01/2025 On the App my last order was R197. 80 Customer care email the order is R212. 80 How can it have different amount I paid R184.90 immediately after payment they called me saying that they do not deliver in our area the manager will refund me till to date they haven't refunded me
