Refund and bad service

Ordered online on the steers app, waited for my order for more than 2 hours,I then drove to steers Hatfield to enquire about my order.I was given a bad attitude by the manager,who even refused to call the driver to check where my order was.I cancelled the order and I was promised the next day and 12 days later,im still waiting!Called customer service and even sent an email.They haven’t rep**** to my email.Can I please get my refund back.Steers doesn’t respect it’s customers
