Refiloe is really rude!

I bought 3 boxes of wacky Wednesday today. I asked the lady (Refiloe) to please provide salt and barbeque sachets. She screamed at me 3 times that there were in the bag even after informing her that there was none. I suggested that we search together. She was extremely aggressive and told me that "I always complain. I have never spoken to or seen the lady ever. I did not understand the aggression and proudly displaying er name tag to quote in a complaint. The lady manager at Debonairs acknowledged that she witnessed the ordeal, I am really upset at the rudeness, how dare you take out your anger on me because I simply asked for condiments.? So utterly disgusted!!
