Reasonable time?
On the 3rd of February my Spouse phoned Steers at 17H50 and placed an order for delivery.<br> At 19H10 the delivery man knocked on my door and I invited him in, requesting the delivery slip.<br> I wrote the following on the delivery slip:<br> <br> Pathetic service and noted the times on it as well.<br> <br> Told the delivery man that I will not accept the order due to the pathetic service, also notified him that he is not to blame
