Really disappointed

I made an order last night from Steers Newlands West.. Order # ********** 5.

I'm sure the price we pay for a Brat pack includes the packaging. I however had my daughters brat pack thrown into my order. Not only that but the juice is missing. Now to you guys it's nothing but to a toddler who only orders the brat pack for the juice it's something. To top that off the driver who delivers the meal drives off along with my change. I called the store to report this but needless to say this was futile.

This is far from value for money. If you guys no anything about customer service and running a business you'd know that people buy people more than they buy products. We stay loyal to a brand not only for its product but its service but heyyy...
