really bad service from chili lane steers and they cant speak English

steers chilli lane just ordered 2 w/w and extra large chips and not only were the chips undercooked the burgers had sweet wrapper papers inside them then when I tried to call and report it took about an hour to get through to someone who can speak and understand English to take my complaint then I get called by a lady who claimed to be a manager who has no clue on the job and cannot speak or understand English it took another 15 mins to get the manager from debonairs pizza to speak to as they were the only English speaking manager at the time. I mean really bad service when the manager from another store has to deal with your complaints not to mention the waste of time on my birthday of all thing was made a fool in front of my friends due to this hope hey can step it up
