Worse Service and Raw Food. Order no 165 (Online)

At 17;30 I placed my order and then waited for an hour I then went to steers Newclare to find out where is my food. They didn’t even apologies and told me the order is already out for delivery. However, I went back home, and the delivery guys was there at 18:50pm. When i dish for my family i realised that my burgers and chips were raw. I had to drive back to the store to complaint and they said they can only replace the burgers I brought and not the ones that had already been bitten on. Also, they told me they can’t replace the chips because they are closed and the oil to cook the chips had already been drain… I am disappointed with Steers Newclare and won’t ever go back there again.
