Raw food
I bought the R39.90 meal at steers Soneike in Kuilsriver. I got home bit on the burger and it was raw. I went back to the store which means driving out extra petrol and being inconvenienced. The manager didn't even say so much as sorry. I told her I drove out petrol again and all she says she will replace my meal. REALLY??? WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT??? I had to have supper but I couldn't I has to end up going to KFC. The worst service ever, no customer service experience at all. I will never sit foot in the store again. I haven't bought anything at that steers in 6 months I don't think I will ever return for raw food that could potentially make me sick cause I have a very sensitive tummy. It was my only thing I ate today. If I do get sick I will be sure to take the bill to steers.
