Raw Chicken Served & Disrespectful Staff – Steers Shell Robertson

Disgusted by my experience at Steers Shell Robertson tonight. I ordered the Wacky Wednesday deal and asked for chicken fillets instead of beef — the cashier rang up beef instead. When I pointed out the mistake, staff got irritated, then laughed and joked about it amongst themselves, with one saying if I wanted chicken I should "go to KFC." I waited 15 extra minutes for the correction, 25 minutes before closing, while the manager on duty was overheard complaining that she works with "grown adults who behave like children." When I got home, the chicken fillet was raw and undercooked in the centre. I've already logged this with Steers Customer Care — Case CAS-***-W4H2P9 — but I'm sharing this publicly because customers deserve to know what's happening at this store. Disrespectful staff attitude and undercooked food served to a paying customer is unacceptable from a brand that's supposed to stand for quality.
