R350 down the drain with your horrible Tasting, horrible prepared Food

We got burnt burgers that are dry and cold.... I am not sure if these were warmed up or what but I wasted my money there.... And it's sad cos you only come across these when you are at home... It means we must always purchase to eat at the store in order to realise these faults. I've never been served such burnt bitter tasting food anywhere else I am really disappointed and angry at this kind of service yet you pride yourselves for serving freshly prepared food. This is despicable and unacceptable.

How are we supposed to support and trust your services if this will happen... I had to start from scratch preparing a meal because the one I bought which was supposed to be my supper has burnt cupboard like patties drowned it lots of lettuce and sauces.
