R29.90 for Peanut Butter & Romany Cream Crumbs.

Last night I ordered the Steer meal sharing # 3 as well as 2* ice cream cups. The one i ordered was the Romany Cream with Caramel & Nut which cost R29.90. I was served by an untidy looking lady which is allegedly the manager. She dunked a huge amount of Peanut Butter into this ice cream and served it. When i complained to the gentleman that brought my meal, as my husband had spat out a huge piece of peanut butter, i asked the gentleman is that correct. Why was it not swirled? Why was there a huge piece of peanut butter in, he said that it should not have been peanut butter but nuts. He then called for the manager, who just ignored us and carried on doing what she was doing at the till. After 5 minutes i got up and went to her & asked her if she thought it was right to serve that? when we paid for the romany cream, caramel & nut? She then said with an attitude that is how the thing is made and she was allegedly looking for the recipe to show me, which she is still producing. I then asked her if she alleges that peanut butter is part of the recipe, why is it just dumped in like that, why not swirled in. she continued saying that is the way it is made. Finish & Klaar!!!!! like what the heck? I was so disgusted i through most of the the ice cream away in the bin at steers. If that is what you charge R30 for a small tub of ice cream with 1 teas**** of romany cream crumbs & a table s**** of peanut butter, then NO THANK YOU. I paid R16.90 for the same tub of ice cream with chocolate sauce for my daugher at Steers. So you charge another R13. for the romany cream crumbs and peanut butter. Next time i will rather spend my money at places that give you good value for money & Decent customer service.
