R116 cheese burger and hold my coke

I purchased a cheese burger, coke and chips. Received a bag without cooldrink and I called the franchise. After a lengthy unnecessary discussion to which I had paid a tip, it was told to me that they dont have the drivers number and reimbur*****t will not be possible even if i collect it. I had spoken to 3 different people to report 1 item. definately gonna refrain from any future orders.
