Queensburgh steers, pathetic and useless

Steers queensburgh is by far the worst ever. 2nd time we ordered and waited 3 hours for the first order and 2 and a half hours for the 2nd order. Clearly the franchise owner don't care while his staff breaks down his business. Managers are arrogant and cut calls. This was the last order from them and I will publicly make everyone aware of them. The owner needs to call me urgently if there is still any care left. I have alot of info and photo's that I will take to the news papers. The service is none existant. I paid the driver but will not pay for the food. Food was cold and soggy. Caught the manager lying while the driver was with me. Mike, you need to call me.
