Pretoria Van der Walt

<p>I am not fond of complainning when I receive a horrible service espcially at a restaurant. Today I walked to steers that is situated on Van der Walt street Pretoria to buy myself lunch. I placed my order (number 88) and waited for them to call it out. It came to my attention that the people who came after me had left and received their orders and I still waited for a good 30 minutes to receive mine. I walked to counter and asked one the cashiers about my order and she responded by saying" sorry I only take orders", I had to raise my voice to the people who were on the grilling side if order number 88 is coming out or not. With no apology I received my order 10 minutes later after causing a scene. I was very angry at the fact that they treat people like puppets without considering their health conditions or commitments. This is a fast food joint and we go there to receive an efficient service.</p>
