Poorest service at steers Ga-Rankuwa

Good day My name is Tebogo I place an order @ steers Garankuwa speaking to Zandike for full chicken and bar one milk shake, I was told delivery takes 45 min max I waited 2 hours no delivery called the store twice complaining and I was told they'll call me back and they didn't. I called again at 16h00 to place a new order n I was speaking to Mbali I explained to her what had transpired instead of her helping me she refused to take my order 😭. Very poor service I received at Garankuwa steers I'm very disappointed 😥
