Poor Unprofessional Service

Steers has been making all sorts of excuses whenever i go and claim my summer vodacom shake ice cream at their branches. I went to steers Mall of africa yesterday the 27th Nov and they told me that they are offline where as the system was online and they were taking orders for the clients. Today the 28th Nov, i went to steers boulders to claim my ice cream and i gave them my 2 promo codes and they told me both promo codes "dont work". My question to you is why agree to partner with Voda if they are not gona honour your partnership? i mean there's KFC, Chicken licken and many others who can do a better job. Well i'm a customer and i need my 2x ice creams that i won asap.
