Poor service with no apologies

I am not very happy to write this review as my family loves Steer. I order on line yesterday for delivery at18h00 , I received an sms at 18h20 saying order delivered, when I called the to find out were it was delivered, they ended up saying he is on his way, the order was eventually delivered at 18h35 the burgers where already cold and kids were starving, with no apologies for being late, and we are 3.1km from the Steers.
