POOR service, took money but didn't deliver.

Unfonately the is no Zero as a rating, I ordered food online and payed for it at 16:45 pm still waiting and it's 19:52 pm and no communication no nothing, I called 18:05 to understand what's going on they said there is a delay ill get it soon. Nothing and they are closing at 20:00 pm.
