Poor service Steers THREE RIVERS

Place an order on the app for delivery 18:30. At 19:10 I phoned to ask about my delivery. It is on the way. At 19:30 the food arrived, ice cold. On the order, I asked on one specific burger for no onions or gerkins. All the burgers had no onions or gerkins. What is the use of an ordering app if the people can not read instructions. The delivery guy for sure took the food on time, but I suspect that ge took too many orders at once. I am very disappointed with Steers Three Rivers. It is not the first time they messed up.
