Poor service steers protea glen

I have ordered food at steers protea glen at 6:15 my order was accepted..at 9pm I called to ask how far is my order only to find it has not left the store,I was promised that the driver will deliver my order till this time I have not received anything 10pm I tried calling no one is answering..earlier on I asked to speak to the manager I only heard in the back round that he is busy...I am so disappointed by stress protea glen...they are *********** and have a poor service..
