Poor service - STEERS

Worst ever service. Ordered online at 18:30. No delivery up to 20:25. They called at 19:00 to ask me to be patient - very busy. Can be patient for just so long - 2 hours or more - UNACCEPTABLE!! Will never put my foot in your stores ever again - you are exceptionally poor at customer service - your manager did not even bother to try and resolve the matter - I got to the shop at 20:25 and the order was not enven started yet. This is the perfect way to close your business!!
