Poor service order from 18h30pm at 21h13 that when I received my order I turn it down cause I was already sleeping 2hrs waiting for food while they say 45min

18 of December 2019 18h30pm I place an order from steers as I was tired from work and not fami**** with place since I booked at some b&b so steers was my first option since they deliver.. my order was successfully even got reference of ***minutes pass by while I was waiting and surving after 1 hour 30minutes I call back the vryheid steers to check what went wrong number was ringing antil it reject by itself, I direct the call via ordering option cause was not getting any help the lady put me through ringing with no answer option... I sit and wait cause I don’t knw where is steers in vryheid, ordering was the only option I had..... while I was sleeping at 21h13 there was a guys with my food I turn down the good since I waited hours and hours just for food and have it delivered at 21h13..... iam very disappointed with steers from vryheid KwaZulu-Natal as they have made me regret ordering from them 18 dec 2019 was the day I went to bed with food they made my night hard and regretful y I went with steers......I will like a follow up cause when you order they claim 45minutes while it 2hours of waiting cause iam based in vryheid for the whole December and we love to order from them if only they will provide good service☹️☹️☹️☹️ Very unhappy and angry
