POOR SERVICE FROM STEERS BEREA EAST LONDON

Had the most terrible service from Berea Steers last night. I ordered on the mobile app at 7pm. Almost 2 hours later I had still not received my order. I called the store numerous times, but no one was picking up the phone. Decided to drive to the said store. When I got the front desk staff were very rude, inclining that they were very busy all night and not wanting to acknowledge that I as the customer should have been informed of the delays. Needless to say the driver arrived and left the food with Neighbour! how irresponsible is that? When I arrived at home, I came to find that my order was not even comlpete and had a missing item. This meant that I had to drive back to the store again. The service I received was absolutely disgusting to say the least. Especially having to drive to the store twice, despite having being charged for delivery, Pathetic!!
