Poor service. Food not delivered!

Zero star from me; I placed an order at 16h16, it is now 20h07. I called the restuarant but the line is inactive. Had a live chat with an agent(Michael), didn't help me. No one bothered to call me or contact me to explain why I won't get my order. Zero customer service. What an inconvenience! Very unreliable. If your order isn't short, it's late if not you won't get it and no one will bother to contact you.

This restuarant is a joke if you ask me!
