Poor service

The service of this place is really terrible. I placed a order , only 30 minutes after ordering they started to prepare which took another 45 minutes to get to me . I tried to order from the store , but the lady was so rude and when I asked about an item she said no , we dont have . She continued going on with her converstation with her client in Zulu and completely ignored me . When I ordered from fishaways two weeks ago , I had the same problem , I waited and hour and 45 minutes for my food . When I phoned the store and wasted R55 of my airtime they told me a manager will phone me . I still have not heard anything . Is this really how you do business ? I mean I order at least once every two weeks and everytime there is another problem with no solution
