Poor service

How do you justify a difference between 15 min and 31 min, I placed an order over the phone because I work in the mall and we always have limited time for being out, then I get told it takes within 10 to 15 minutes, but instead I went after a whole 30 minutes and got told I have to wait for my order to be done, and this is the branch in the Greenstone Mall
