poor service delivery

I made an online order last night 2 hours before the vincent park mall was closed. they declined my order twice and i did not know why it was declined, i repeat the purchase twice and the same feedback of declining again. i am only 10 minutes away from vincent park, my money was taken from my bank and get a notice of 48 hours for refund which is inconveniencing me because that was the last money in my bank. i believe if a client pays online the shop doesn't have to decline but to deliver,to avoid unnecessary inconveniences. Now i don't have the transport fee to go to work i have to borrow as of i'm not organised!!! dissatisfied customer.
