Poor Service Delivery

I had the opportunity on 18 February 2023 to visit the Steers Franchise at the Shell Ultra City on the N1. What a shock to find the staff sitting with their feet on the chairs relaxing and looking bored. When we approached to order the lady wasn't very friendly and was having a conversation with a colleague while also taking our order. She was probably trying to multi -task but everything she did was like it was in slow motion. No real enthusiasm or even a smile, it was an unwanted effort to execute her duties which I assume is her core business and she gets paid for.

We chose to wait outside for the order and found the outside tables plastered with dirt which I reckon had been there for some time, I went back inside and asked the lady who was still sitting with her feet on the chair at the counter is the ever wipe or clean the outside tables, but she just gave me a disgusted look and spoke to someone else who after a while came to clean the table,

To me such poor service really brings the image of a business down and not delivering a service which is acceptable is atrocious and the Manager of that establishment should be taught how to be a manager as he/she is clearly not interested either.
