Poor service delivery by STEERS Monumentpark

I have had two very negative experiences at the Steers, Monumentpark. I report my first negative experience via the STEERS website, without ever receiving a response, which in itself is yet another negative experience. My first experience boils down to me waiting for more than 50 minutes for two burgers and a packet of chips one evening in the STEERS store, while witnessing UBER and related companies fetching their orders as priority over the customers waiting in store. I recently tried another avenue by ordering via the STEERS App, thinking that this may prevent long waiting time. I placed my order at 19:03 and eventually phoned STEERS at 20:00 to enquire about my order. Unfortunately the App does not provide any indication of an estimated time of delivery, so one has no idea what you're in for. When phoning the store I was informed that the delivery guy was busy with five orders, after which he would return to the store to fetch my order and then deliver it. I eventually drove to the store myself to collect my order. STEERS Monumentpark should perhaps reconsider the number of orders they take in if they can not deliver. They are supposed to be a "Fast food" outlet yet this is not the case. Their communication can certainly also improve by informing clients what to expect and if clients complain (like me previously) just providing a response.
