poor service delivery and food quality

We placed an order today of the value of R577 for delivery. When the food arrived it was cold, the chips was oily and when we opened the burger the burger patties was raw. When you bite into it it is still pink. We tried calling the manager, but no one can assist us. This is not the first time that this has happened to us.

I will never ever order from them again. They might as well close the doors of that store because the service is up to Sh%$
