POOR SERVICE COVID 19 PROTOCOLS NOT OBSERVED

You do not deserve a single star!!!! Steers Engen Mankwe Covid 19 -the sign at the door says maximus 10 people allowed when we arrived at 18:00 steers there where over 30 people in the store and there was no social distance at all!!! there was no queue management and ensuring that people where sanitizing at the before entering. We placed our order online at 17:40 however we were told to queue with the people ordering at that time, after waiting for over 20 min in the queue it was our turn at 18:20- our order has been sitting for over 35 min and now cold. The stuff member who was responsible for making the milkshakes was nowhere to be found, missing in action with cold food in our hands we had to wait for an additional 20 min leaving the store at 19:00. When we got home, the bottom bun was hard i called *** over 3 times until my airtyme was finished the store never answered daughter ended up eating the patties only. Next day i complained online still no one from steers has called me. ORDER# ***2
