Poor service by Steers Colberg
I went to Steers in Colsberg with my kids and husband. We wanted to sit down and eat. The waitress told us we should rather go and order by the counter as she is busy. I went to the counter to order 3 bacon and cheese burger meals, kids cheese snack. The lady assisting me advise that I should order the burger only as their machine that cuts the chips is broken. I them ordered 3 burgers, chicken 1/4 as well as milkshake for my daughter. I went back to sit down only to be amazed that other people arriving after us were being served by the initial waitress, theirs meals came plated with chips. I on the other hand had to go collect my order that was boxed up as the waitress was not willing to serve us. I complained and asked why are certain people being served while we have to get up and place our own order. To top it off the chips that we weren't allowed to order were being served to these customers even though they arrived after us. It so happened that the people being served were white people and we were being subjected to this treatment by fellow black people. I was so upset that I actually couldn't eat my buger so I ended up having a takeaway after all. Had I known that this was the service that we would get, we would have traveled a few more kilometers more to buy food were we would be treated decently.
