Poor Service at Steers Elspark

I bought burgers and got cold burgers that had a funny smell as if they had been left on a metal surface for a long time and the Chios were the dry ones that are burnt. I feel that the people working at the fast food places take advantage of black people because we don't complain much about poor service we get..
