Poor service and wrong orders
On 2 June at 17h42 at Steers East Rand Mall i was assisted by Btandon Jack. I requested 2x snack burgers and i was told that they don't have. I then ordered 2x mushroom burger combos. When i got home the patties were vegetable patties that i never ordered.
My husband then ordered a mighty steer burger combo and he was also told they don't have that. He was offered a mushroom burger combo also with 3x VEGETABLE patties. I also added small chips with cheese and jalapeno. The cheese that was sprinkled on the chips was a joke even the jalapeno. To our surprise when we got home we lost our appetite. Even the kids could not eat.
They rendered us sub-standard service and we could see that they were in a hurry to close. We spent R240 for food that went to the bin.
