Poor service and undercooked food garankua Steers

worst burger I have ever tasted, Garankua branch is just so disgusting and should be closed down, I've never had such an uncooked burger in my life, and what's worse is when i first went in january 20th 2023 they told me they have no petty for the burgers i wanted to order. And today on the 24th of february 2023 I had the worst burger that was still under cooked,same as its fries. I don't know what that branch is but im sure its because they know that no one has guts to complain, ironic enough that its always a lady called tebogo who's assisting me, I first understood that phone call orders were "offline" of which i was told by a male assistant called Lerato ,but to get an mjojo burger that's under cooked is the worst, that's branch steers department sucks and something should be done
