Poor service and poor food

I had a very bad experience with Steers Parys. Last night 06/12/2023 at 18:16 I placed and paid an online order for delivery, my order was confirmed with the store and I received an sms Order #***3 My order was for x1 Wacky Wednesday Online deal. (4 Burgers and Large Chips) 19:15 I still did not receive my food. I tried to phone the store with no success, (phone was just ringing) the store manager's cell phone also rang and went to voicemail. At 20:15 I again tried to phone the store with no answer, and no food. Realizing that we will probably not get any food, I had to make a plan to feed my family supper at 20:30 in the evening with loadshedding that started at 20:00. Already in bed someone hooted at my gate at exactly 20:55, it was the Steers delivery bike, delivering our food almost 3 hours later, Needless to say our order was incomplete with only 2 burgers, 2 BURGERS MISSING and chips, ICE COLD and disgusting. I paid R225.65 for disgusting food, missing half of my order and the WORST service. Steers Parys is in my opinion under very very poor management and this should be addressed very urgently. I also send an e-mail about this to the Steers customer care with absolutely no respond!!!!
