Poor Service and Lack of leadership from the Manager

<p>I am going to keep my review very short. I visited Steers Bloemhof (North West ) on my way back to Bloemfontein from a business trip. I placed my order for medium chips which I later requested to amend into to a burger meal which include chips as well. The cashier went to the Manager to approve the change and he refused without coming to see me. I asked the cashier to call him (Daniel is his name) and I requested the same thing from him. He came out with guns blazing asking me (with attitude) on what is he going to do with the chips. I said to to him that It was just a request and he told me that I don't care about the chips and went on throw his toys out of the cot in front of his surbodinates and other customers. I told him that he needs to lead by example and his service is disgusting. He is plain rude and does not care about client service. It's one thing to beg for food, but not the food that you are paying for which should be a pleasant exercise. I am a manager myself and was not impressed by this. I hope that something will be done to address this kind of behaviour as it leaves a bad taste and ****s the reputation of Steers and Bloemhof at the same time.</p>
