Poor service and lack of communication

On the 22nd March 2024 I placed an order via the Debonairs call cetre number, like I normally do whenever I placed my orders, I ordered two large boxes of pizza 🍕 and large ribs with chips that cost R250 I guess. It was confirmed that they will deliver at my place as they usually do, they only delivered boxes of pizza 🍕 and no ribs, I even asked the delivery guy about the ribs with chips and he responded that it's on the way with another delivery guy, I left home with hope that my kids and wife will get that order for their supper, after almost 2hours I got a call from my wife telling that the order (Ribs and Chips) hasn't arrived yet. When I called the steers in Protea glen mall they told me that my order won't come and they canceled it, I even asked why it was canceled as I got a confirmation that it's coming, they told me that they don't have ribs anymore. Just imagine after 2hours and I even asked why did they confirmed my order and canceled it after 2 hours and without communicating with me and my family had to starve that night because of lack of excellent service and poor communication from steers. I was and am still disappointed in steers.
